After winning a songwriting competition at the Blue Water Music Festival in 2008, Kaylah was introduced to multi award winning producer Rod McCormack and later decided to record the EP at his studio on the Central Coast NSW.
Kaylah penned all four tracks on the EP, one of which was a co-write with friend and artist Tori Darke.
While the tracks are a mix of pop and country, Kaylah’s organic voice has a unique quality, which stands out from the genre.
“This EP is a taste of what kind of artist I want to be”
Kaylah has certainly shown Australia that she is on her way to becoming a well establish artist and songwriter within the industry.
