Why Me?? Kaylah-Anne's debut EP and self penned title track is a dream come true if you still believe in the magic of music! And magic it is! The beautifully produced and engineered Why Me sound tracks by Rod McCormack, The Music Cellar, and the cleverly directed and produced Duncan Toombs Top 50 CMC film clip, is one of the most signature songs in young Australian country today!

Seriously earned, Kaylah's musical ambitions have none of the hallmarks of an overwhelmed, awestruck teenager. Instead you find a grounded, fun loving, individual determined to enjoy the ride.

In a little over three years, her learning curve jumped from busking, in the streets of Newcastle and Tamworth, where she was singled out winning the 2006 Newcastle Buskers Challenge and the next year, the Bisley Buskers Young Performers Award in Tamworth; to performing before masses at Nelson Bay and, Hastings Country Music Festivals and at Hexham. Named 2007 APRA Songwriters' Teen Songwriter of the Year runner-up fully supported the already accomplished recognition in open female and songwriting awards, and the subsequent bookings as a featured artist at Port Stephens' Blue Water Country Music Festival, the Royal Easter Show and at Royal Randwick Racecourse.

Graduating from Camerata the same year, Kaylah's catalyst by far is the 2008 CMAA College of Country Music, her emergence as a Grand Finalist at the 2009 Toyota Star Maker, the prestigious Australian Country Music's 30th Annual Search for A Star, and the recently offered inclusion on ABC's popCountry release due out in late 2009, billed as 'a generation of young females who bring pop and country music together to create a great new sound; a collection of the best pop-country hits from this generation of Australian and International stars.'

Kaylah-Anne's Why Me eclipses all magic!
